As the founder of Eminent Construction, I bring a legacy of integrity and trust from my law enforcement career into every project. With extensive experience across a wide range of trades, including finishing carpentry, cabinetry and joinery, flooring, roofing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and more, I am dedicated to providing exceptional craftsmanship and transparent service. L & C's Kitchen/Living Renovation

We recently remodeled a kitchen, living room, and dining room, handling demolition, drywall, flooring, and rewiring. The project transformed the space beautifully, leaving the clients thrilled with the outcome. This success highlights our dedication to high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in every job.

From Collapsed Wall To Oasis

Our biggest project yet involved a 125-foot-long, 6-foot-high retaining wall that had failed due to a poor drainage system and inadequate geotechnical considerations. The result was a new wall, a reinforced fence, a newly landscaped yard, and an in-ground sprinkler system—all designed to last for years to come.

One Wall Down, One Wall Up

The clients requested a small retaining wall and the removal of a partition wall (with approval). After six loads of dirt, extensive digging, and significant cutting and jackhammering, the project was successfully completed. The end result enhanced both functionality and aesthetics.

D & C's New Custom Fence & More

This lovely couple wanted to maintain the charm of their original fence while replacing it with something new. We built a new fence to match the front yard and, at their request, replaced the rotting cedar panels in the backyard. They loved the natural look so much that they’re considering replacing the rest of the fence next year.



New Feature Island & Flooring

What began as a simple garage storage rack project quickly expanded when the client needed to replace their water-damaged floor and island cabinet due to a dishwasher leak. We ended up replacing the entire main level flooring and installing a custom island, complete with new plumbing and built-in electrical sockets.


Pebbles Be Gone, Bring On Pavers

The customer’s original walkway featured large pavers surrounded by troublesome rocks that would get kicked up by their dogs. To address this, we removed the rocks and replaced them with beautiful pavers in a complementary color. Both the owners and their dogs were thrilled with the upgraded, pebble-free walkway.
